A comprehensive end-of-tenancy clean designed to meet landlord and letting agent standards. Includes deep cleaning of the oven, fridge interior, all cabinets inside and out, limescale removal, walls, skirting boards, light fixtures, and every interior surface. Priced by property size; duration varies from 3.5 hours for a studio to 9 hours for a 5+ bedroom property. What's included (everything in Deep Clean, plus): - Inside oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine - Inside all cabinets, cupboards, and drawers - Full property descale — taps, showerheads, kettles, and toilets - Limescale removal from tiles, glass, and chrome fixtures - Grout scrubbing and thorough bathroom deep clean - Skirting boards and walls intensively cleaned - Inside windows and sills — mould and condensation treated - Wardrobe interiors, under beds, and inside drawers - Final walk-through against a deposit-return checklist
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes inside the 24-hour window may be subject to a £25 late cancellation fee, payable before your next booking. Repeated late cancellations may result in being asked to pre-pay future appointments.
