Service Description
Whether you're moving in, moving out, or your home just needs a proper reset, our Deep Clean goes far beyond the surface. We get into every corner, behind every appliance, and inside every cabinet - leaving your home in the kind of condition you didn't think was possible. This is also the mandatory first clean for all new Obsidian clients, because we believe in starting every home the right way. What's included (everything in Standard, plus): - Inside oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine - Inside all cabinets, cupboards, and drawers - Full property descale — taps, showerheads, kettles, and toilets - Limescale removal from tiles, glass, and chrome fixtures - Grout scrubbing and thorough bathroom deep clean - Showerhead descale and extractor fan covers cleaned - Air vents cleaned throughout - Under and behind all furniture (where accessible) - Inside windowsills — mould and condensation treated - Skirting boards intensively cleaned - Lamp shades, light fittings, and letterbox cleaned - Wardrobe interiors, under beds, and inside drawers - Chrome fixtures dried and buffed to a shine
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes inside the 24-hour window may be subject to a £25 late cancellation fee, payable before your next booking. Repeated late cancellations may result in being asked to pre-pay future appointments.
