Fast, time-sensitive turnover cleans for short-let and Airbnb properties between guests. Includes full kitchen and bathroom reset, fresh linen change-over (if linens are provided), bin replacement, surface clean, and guest-ready presentation. Designed to fit standard 11am–3pm checkout windows. Priced by property size from a 1.5-hour studio turnover up to 3 hours for larger properties. What's included: - Full bed strip and re-make (linens provided by host) - Bathroom reset — toilet, basin, shower, mirrors, towels refreshed - Kitchen reset — surfaces, hob, sink, dishwasher loaded/unloaded - All bins emptied and re-lined - Vacuum and mop throughout - Lights, switches, and door handles wiped - Final guest-ready presentation check - Photo confirmation sent to host on completion (optional)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes inside the 24-hour window may be subject to a £25 late cancellation fee, payable before your next booking. Repeated late cancellations may result in being asked to pre-pay future appointments.
